This is a live webinar, which consists of one 60-minute conference calls combined with your choice of printed or Internet-posted slides.

The 60-minute webinar will be broken down into a 45-minute presentation and a 15-minute question and answer session.

Upon registration, you will be e-mailed a confirmation of your registration.

Two days prior to the webinar, you will be emailed an on-line invitation, which will provide you with instructions on how to access the audio portion of the live webinar and instructions on how to access the webinar presentation slides. The webinar presentation slides will also be attached as a PDF file to this invitation.

Five minutes before the webinar begins, we ask that you follow the instructions of the on-line invitation to insure that your computer is compatible with the on-line presentation program. While there is no cost to use this on-line program presentation software, it may be necessary to download some files in order for the software to operate correctly.

Following a 45-minute webinar, there will be a 15-minute question and answer session for attendees to ask questions.
